A horse of course # 1

Horse #1:
-working from memory is harder than i thought it would be
-horse legs and hooves have lots of strange curves that are hard to figure out
-placement of the nostrils, eyes and ears prove to be difficult
So...I'm changing my rules.
For now.
New rules:
I can look at pictures as I draw.
I figure this way, there will be less frustration and more drawing.
***p.s. I hope you are all way more impressed with Auri's spelling... more than my dorky horse! :) I sure am!

You did great for drawing from memory. Like, insanely great.
I don't recommend drawing from memory, it can just be so fraustrating... It doesn't make you less of an artist to look at something.
There are so many great books on drawing, it really is a learned thing. Go check some out at the library if you wish.
I'm stoked to see what you come up with, don't give up!
(Auri is crazy smart, by the way.)
